We're Hiring!

Our Studio is looking for a part-time offsite Office Manager as well as a Personal Assistant for the studio owner. This position is perfect for anyone looking to work from home and pick up an average of 8-10 hours per week, the only thing you'll need is a cell phone and computer!

Office Manager Responsibilities will include: 

- Answering calls (Google Voice through your cell phone)

- Responding to emails

- Assisting clients with booking/changing appointments

- Ordering office supplies

- Managing social media presence (Google, FB, IG, Yelp, Website)

- Occasional research for business practices/policies

- Compiling reports

- Occasional errands (standard CA mileage rates paid)

Personal Assistant Responsibilities:

- Setting up appointments

- Occasionally running errands (standard CA mileage rates paid)

- Compiling data using Apple Office products (Pages, Numbers, etc)

- Ordering products

- Research for products/services

- Assistance in organizing personal space

- **Not required** Assistance in sewing side business products (basic sewing experience a plus!)
